Sugar-Free Protein Bars

These are my go-to healthy sweet treats when I need something that’s going to be super satiating and delicious. They are so quick and only need a few ingredients! Be sure to choose a clean protein with no nasty additives. My hubby absolutely loves them too! 

Ingredients

Makes8-10 slices

  • 2 scoops JSHealth Protein + Probiotics Cookies & Cream 
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp stevia powder/granule (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Goji berries, coconut, cacao nibs etc. to top (optional)

 

Method

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Process whilst slowly adding the water until it reaches a smooth texture.
  3. Add the mixture to a lined tin and press into the corners to form a brownie shape. Press in any additional toppings.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes then cut into squares.
  5. Keep stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
